We want to offer you the most carefree stay possible.

Therefore, the rental price includes :

• major cleaning on departure
• wifi and smart TV
• use of charging station for E-car
• gas and electricity provision at 10€/night
• water consumption
• kitchen linen, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets
• welcome set of soap, hair and shower gel

# Periods

Deposit and advance payment

• Deposit: 40% of the total rental price. Your reservation is only final after receipt of this amount.  The balance must be paid at least 1 month before arrival.
• Deposit: 500 €. To be paid together with the balance of the rent no later than 1 month before arrival. This will be settled and refunded at the latest 1 week after the rental period.

Cancellation

• more than 2 months before the start of the rental period* : free of charge
• between 2 months and 2 weeks before the start of the rental period* : the advance payment is withheld.
• 2 weeks and less before rental period* : the full rent will be charged.

             * Start of rental period: day of check-in.

Cancellation due to Covid -19

Your reservation will be fully refunded if the government decides to close the holiday homes completely. The refund will only be made for arrivals within this period of mandatory closure. The full balance minus an administrative fee of 50€ will be refunded. If the booking is rescheduled to another date, we will not charge an administrative fee. The guests are responsible for the composition of the bubble as imposed by the belgian governments. As a landlord, we are not responsible if these rules are not followed.
